The idea of mystery unites the three debut stories - the original Bermuda Triangle with its mysterious phenomena has begun to shift and can be traced anywhere in the world, including Czech and Slovak territory. Here, too, unexplained shifts in space and time occur. This idea is supported by the aforementioned short stories, but the inventiveness of the subject matter and staging is very heavy-handed, and the film passed through the cinemas without much interest.

Kamil and Vlasta are a married couple living apart for work. When Vlasta stops in Prague to surprise him, she finds him “away” and asks his friend Pepek for help. Ignoring Pepek’s excuse, she heads to a nightclub—only to encounter Kamil with his mistress. News of Vlasta’s visit forces Kamil into a charade: he returns home to her empty-handed, then avoids her until morning at the station, where a mysterious package brings his clandestine night to a close.

As punishment, the devil Matěj must grant the wishes of a poor young man named Ondra until he says he is completely happy. But can such happiness even be achieved? Hell has its doubts about this, and it seems that they are justified, as the other devils are well entertained by Matěj's helplessness. After fulfilling ordinary wishes, when Ondra finally warms up, eats well, and gets dressed, more serious complications arise. Ondra falls in love with Rézinka, a countess from the castle, and to make matters worse, the devil Matěj takes a liking to the cook Marjánka.

An evil wizard longs to obtain what he does not yet have—a magic lamp. However, only a young boy can help him, so he seeks out the orphan Ali and sends him to a magical cave. The boy obtains the lamp, grows up, and woos the beautiful princess Fatima. Their happiness does not last long, as the vengeful wizard has no intention of giving up the lamp... How the love of the poor merchant Ali, with his wealth of goodness and love in his heart for Princess Fatima, ultimately triumphs, you will see in this fairy tale inspired by an oriental story from the collection One Thousand and One Nights.

During the change of functions in the Fortuna medical ceramics company, Bohouš Fisher, an independent clerk, became deputy director of the company against his will. As a result, he is forced to make even greater compromises than before. He takes part in unnecessary meetings for which he has to raise money from company funds because of his position, or he jocularly solves a "work" accident of two employees who were engaged in love games instead of work. It's not much better in his private life. He would like to do some meaningful work, like building a stove.

An economic inspection is currently underway in a pub where a local band is playing, led by the main character, emcee and singer Milda Vaculík. The restaurant manager is afraid that his business dealings will be discovered, so he calls on the bandleader to help him camouflage them.
